At his initial campaign STUNTS ran two cracking placings in good quality races at Randwick and Rosehill. He resumed in the Pierro Plate when well beaten by Golden Slipper contender Santos but has since trialled in good fashion when he seemed to travel sweetly in behind the leaders going to the line under a hold. If he finds anywhere near his first two runs he’ll get the job done.

RACE 6                        NO.10  PRINCESS KANDIS                 

PRINCESS KANDIS has only started four times with a couple of handy efforts mixed with a couple of average ones but her recent trial showed me she has developed nicely between campaigns. She showed brilliant cruising speed at her recent Rosehill trial as she cruised to a win without any pressure. She looks ready to go fresh and is sure to take plenty of running down.

RACE 8                        NO.1    EASY EDDIE

EASY EDDIE is a runner and I am banking on him being able to find the lead here especially with the main threat to him leading having drawn wider than him. Easy Eddie took a big step last preparation with two wins on the trot followed by a solid placing at Rosehill. His recent trials suggest to me he is ready to keep the progression going.
