BALLARAT
SATURDAY 24 NOVEMBER
SOFT 5
BEST BETS:
RACE 2 NO.6 I AM SOMEONE
Big fan of trainer Paul Preusker and his charge I am someone looks very hard to beat going off his first run at Moonee Valley a week ago over the short 955m when wide and chasing throughout. From an ideal barrier he should stalk the likely leader Box The Castle and be hard to beat.
RACE 9 NO.5 PLATINUM ANGEL
PLATINUM ANGEL comes here off a seven week freshen up and is dropping from 1400m back to the flying 1100m which won’t be easy but he is also dropping sharply in grade. He will get back but Ballarat is a great track and with the likely anticipated he will be coming hard in the final furlong.
