New Zealand sprinter The Bostonian has won his second Group One race during Queensland winter carnival in taking out the Kingsford Smith Cup.
Given the run of the race despite a wide draw in the weight-for-age sprint, The Bostonian defeated Princess Posh and Trekking at Eagle Farm.
The win followed the four-year-old’s surprise victory in the Doomben 10,000 on May 11.
