Blockjorg has beaten a number of these already this prep twice and the double figure odds available seems ridiculous to me.

He’s a last start Group 2 winner at this track and distance and she is every chance of causing an upset yet again.

Gloucester Park – Race 5 9:17PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 4 Ocean Ridge – Bet Now: $3.00

Ocean Ridge has a win and two second place finished from his last three starts including a narrow defeat behind the talented Chicago Bull last week.

He will appreciate getting back out to the 2536m and he should be plenty fit at this stage of his prep.

Gloucester Park – Race 7 10:10PM AEST

EACH WAY: No. 4 Yo Te Amo Haitch – Bet Now: $41.00

This is a wide open race and I’m happy to take on the favourite who has won just once at this track from 15 attempts and twice from 21 at this distance.

Yo Te Amo Haitch is a talented, lightly raced four year old mare with a very consistent record and I’m happy to have something small on at the $34.
