Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott have been fined $5000 after being found guilty of conduct prejudicial to the image or interests of racing.

The training partnership was charged by Racing NSW stewards earlier this month after substituting three horses listed for a televised track gallop during the Breakfast With the Stars promotion at Randwick on April 4.

They acknowledged galloping Stampede, Fabrizio and Sort After in place of Serena Bay, Debonairly and English but pleaded not guilty when the hearing resumed on Thursday.
