Cherokee Twist is a much better greyhound than her current record suggests.
The daughter of Fernando Bale still has plenty of upside to improve on her recent form and this is the weakest race that she has contested in some time.
Box one is ideal for her and she will prove very tough to beat.
Sandown Park – Race 5 7:37PM AEST
No. 3 Christo Bale – Bet Now: $3.90
Christo Bale is a talented young dog who has earned a crack at Group 2 level with some consistent performances of late.
He ran over the 595m at Sandown for the first time last week, running a very slick time and winning by over four meters.
This is a step up in grade but he is every chance with even luck out of the boxes.
Sandown Park – Race 8 8:43PM AEST
BEST BET: No. 8 Tiggerlong Tonk – Bet Now: $2.10
This is a drop-in class for Tiggerlong Tonk after he finished a close second behind Yozo Bale in the Bendigo Cup last start.
He has only recorded one win from his past seven race starts, but this is the weakest race that he has contested in some time and box eight is ideal for him.
