The four-year-old showed some real speed in the early goings for fourth over the 2040m last week behind Sixpenny Red and should appreciate the step back in distance. With improvement to come, she looks a good chance at a place.

Redcliffe – Race 5 2:47PM AEST

Regal Nightshade has found the placings in four of his last five starts and looks a serious threat in this wide-open contest.

The eight-year-old warhorse found the line for second last week over further behind Onyajans and is a seven-time winner over the 1780m. With even luck, he should go close.

Tinka Terror is looking to snap her streak of back-to-back runner up’s when she steps out over the track and distance for the third time tonight.

She was enormous last week finishing only 1.5m behind Cobbler Lane, a run she can only improve on. The four-year-old should go forward here and figure right in the finish.
