Bettor Keep Rocking is a colt that has shown some ability in his eight race career to date.
He returned with an eighth place finish at Menagle first up but he will appreciate the step back in class for this event and can control the pace from the draw on the pegs.
Newcastle – Race 6 3:03PM AEST
No. 4 Nightwatch Star – Bet Now: $1.65
Nightwatch Star could not have been much more impressive when winning by over 23 metres at Canberra last start as the short priced favourite.
She will again start short in this event but she is racing in very good form and looks bomb proof in this event.
Newcastle – Race 7 3:38PM AEST
No. 7 Ad Maiora – Bet Now: $3.00
Ad Maiora has just the one win from nine career race starts but that was an impressive five metre win at Menangle in a handy little race.
He was seen on the track for the first time since July 2020 when resuming at this track and distance on the 12th of February when finishing fifth.
He will only improve on that effort and will be fitter for the run.
