Kahliadenise Lombo was well beaten last start at Canberra but is a winner at this track three back.

She has won two of four at Newcastle and the early support has been for her in betting suggesting she is going to run well.

Newcastle – Race 6 4:37PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 2 Yuko – Bet Now: $1.85

Yuko put together two in a row earlier this prep including one at this track and distance.

The four year old mare had been very consistent throughout this prep and she has drawn to get a nice run in transit at the front or just in behind the leader.

Newcastle – Race 7 5:17PM AEST

No. 6 The Big Dig – Bet Now: $7.00

The Big Dig put together three wins in a row at Tamworth before going for a spell and although this is a step up in class, he is more than capable.

He has a good record at both this track and distance and with even luck, he’ll be in the finish.
