Techy’s Angel is a talented young filly who has won two of her four race starts to date and was not disgraced at Group 2 level in her first prep. She returned with a very nice win first up an although I’m not a fan of the sharp drop back in distance, I think she has enough class to get her over the line.

Shepparton – Race 2 5:50PM AEST

No. 7 Casting Shadow – Bet Now: $2.80

Casting Shadow is a consistent four year old gelding who has missed the placings in just five of his 14 career race starts. He ran second at this track last start and the step up in distance will suit. He looks very well placed in this race and is our best of the day.

Shepparton – Race 4 6:57PM AEST

No. 6 Shadow Chevron – Bet Now: $2.00

Shadow Chevron has managed five wins in his 15 race starts to date including four of his last five. The lightly raced five year old gelding returned from a spell with a win at this track first up and with even luck, I think he will be tough to beat in this event.
