Lets Get Rockin resumes in the opening race of the evening at Penrith having won his last start of his previous campaign at Newcastle.

The three year old gelding ran a 1:54.1 mile and came home in 29,7 for the last quarter in that race and although he will improve on anything he does fresh, he looks well placed in a race of this quality.

Penrith – Race 3 7:06PM AEST

No. 1 The General – Bet Now: $1.40

The General resumed with a second at Newcastle over 2550m in March before winning as the short priced favourite at this track and distance last week.

He won that race easily by over seven metres and he will get all the favours that come with drawing the pegs in this event.

Penrith – Race 4 7:36PM AEST

No. 10 Triple Vc – Bet Now: $4.40

Triple Vc was a narrow winner at this track first up which made it four wins from seven starts at Penrith over his career.

These sprinting distances may not be ideal for him but he is a horse with plenty of ability on his day and he has been in very good form in recent times.
