Menangle – Race 2 2:09PM AEST

No. 6 Gimondi – Bet Now: $2.70

If you believe the market, this is seemingly a race in two and I think Gimondi has come up very backable odds for this event. The three year old colt has run into the other favourite Im Daddy Warbucks at his last two and comfortably beaten him both times. I, Daddy Warbucks did have excuses last start however Gimondi was a comfortable winner two back at this track and distance by over 8 meters. I can’t see why he wouldn’t be winning again here.

Menangle – Race 3 2:45PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 8 Adelle – Bet Now: $2.05

I’m very keen on Adelle in what is another race that is seemingly between two horses. Adelle ran second at Group 3 level at this track and distance two back before winning by over seven meters last start. She is a lightly raced four year old mare with plenty of talent and I think she will be very tough to beat in this event at Menangle this afternoon.

Menangle – Race 5 4:03PM AEST

No. 2 Arma Hotshot – Bet Now: $3.70

Arma Hotshot will improve dramatically after an ordinary first up run where she had excuses. She is a talented mare who has a 50% place strike rate over her 34 race career. She is capable of running a quick time and I’d like to see them be aggressive on her and get her to the front.
