Do Ball started this campaign with a sixth over 2300m at this track before narrowly beaten over 1609m at the same track last start.
They ran a very good time in that race and he gets a much better draw for this contest and he will take plenty of improvement out of the run.
Menangle – Race 4 3:41PM AEST
No. 9 Faire La Fete – Bet Now: $17.00
Faire La Fete was a winner at Penrith by over 34 metres just three starts back and has now managed two wins from her last three.
This is for sure a tougher ask than her last two wins but she is a mare racing in good form and if she can overcome the tricky draw, represents good value at her current price.
Menangle – Race 5 4:17PM AEST
No. 8 Muscle Factory – Bet Now: $1.16
Muscle Factory put together four wins in a row at this track before connections through him into the deep end at Group 1 level last start.
He was far from disgraced in that race won by the very smart Wolf Stride and he will appreciate the big step back in class for this assignment.
