Dargos Pet has managed three wins from his last five starts with two of them coming at this track and distance.
He was only narrowly denied when shooting for three in a row last time out and he will not find this race any tougher.
Bathurst – Race 2 5:37PM AEST
BEST BET: No. 7 Ibbin Nadia – Bet Now: $SP.00
Ibbin Naida was excellent when scoring by almost 12 metres on debut at this track and distance in April last year.
He was then only narrowly defeated when resuming at just his second race start and the three year old gelding will only improve on that effort here.
Bathurst – Race 5 7:04PM AEST
No. 5 Maximus Red – Bet Now: $SP.00
Maximus Red is a veteran of 107 career race starts and is racing very consistently in recent times.
The six year old gelding has not finished worst than fourth in his last five starts including a second at this circuit last time out.
Will be competitive again in a race that lacks a heap of depth.
