Godolphin’s Hartnell headlines a field of nine for the Group One Underwood Stakes at Caulfield, with the gelding to jump from the second outside barrier.

Defending champion Black Heart Bart has the outside stall in Sunday’s 1800m weight-for-age race while Australian Oaks winner Bonneval has gate three.

The field includes eight individual Group One winners.

Hartnel’s Doncaster Mile-winning stablemate It’s Somewhat is the top weight for Sunday’s Group One Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes (1400m) and has barrier 13 in a field of 16 with Hugh Bowman to ride.

Perth Group One winner Scales Of Justice has barrier seven while Japanese import Tosen Stardom has the outside gate.
