GAYATRI started very short odds last start when beaten at Kembla over the mile on a heavy surface. I think the rider was a little too relaxed early and allowed the race to get away from him but today with the blinkers on and a firmer track I think the daughter of Pierro will show her true colours and get her career started.

RACE 4                        NO.1                BELLADEEL

BELLADEEL has shown good ability at his two trials and looks to have found a perfect race to kick start. He has good natural speed so Bowman should be able to find a nice spot stalking the speed and then let the horse do his bit. The race lacks depth but even that said I think this colt may be a handy one.
