BEST BETS
RACE 4 NO.1 Dream Builder
Dream Builder looks well placed coming off a solid run at Warwick farm last start where he kept finding the line over 1400m. Firmer footing today should enhance his chances plus the addition of blinkers should just help him race a little closer instead of giving away a huge start. Josh Parr coming off a hot day at Canterbury yesterday with a treble is the man in charge of the steering for Gerald Ryan.
RACE 5 NO.11 Hostwin Shadow
This 2yo is on debut but he only has to repeat his latest trial and I think he will be very hard to hold out. He trialed alongside Calculated who was able to win a hot race yesterday at Canterbury and I’m not saying Hostwin Shadow trialed as good as him but he went pretty good. On paper there looks enough tempo and with luck he will run over them late. Josh Parr on our first thing and his brother-in-law Tim Clark on our second.
