A perfect gate with a step up to her pet distance the mile and the addition of blinkers makes me confident LITTLE MISS BROWN will be hard to beat in the last. She is third up so fitness should be just about right and she has won third up previously.

Race 2 No.10 Snapchat Girl
If I’ve heard once I’ve heard it a thousand times- it’s hard to go from a maiden to class 1- rubbish it’s all about the individual horse and I think SNAPCHAT GIRL will handle it. She was impressive getting the job done at the Gold Coast last start by a big space and she doesn’t meet any stars here. From an ideal gate Jason Taylor just position her up stalking the leaders and then go bang.
Race 5 No.2 Imperial Eagle
This looks a good betting race as there will be supporters in three corners being the big spruik horse Victorem, Gai Waterhouses’ colt Runaway and my selection IMPERIAL EAGLE. I was hugely impressed with this Allan Denham trained 2yo last start at Taree when he took on the older horses and smashed them. The victory may have been flatted with the heavy track but the run prior he blew away a fair field just as easy on good ground. He draws the inside gate here and should get a lovely run and I hope can accelerate past his dangers in the run home.
