Should have won on debut, but he was held-up at a vital stage before running on very strongly to finish fourth. John Size will have this horse fitter today and the rise in trip looks ideal. He is currently $2 fixed and I think that is a great price.

Mr Lumieres (Race 9, No. 8)

Former Australian galloper that gob the job done in fine style first-up. This gelding is still learning, but he has drawn the correct side today, he is fitter and I like that he stays at this distance.

Value Bet

Patriot Hero (Race 7, No. 9)

He needs to lift on what he has done in his short career so far, but I am happy to stick with him today because he will adore the rise in trip, he is big overs at $41 and this gelding has plenty of ability.
