No. 4 Trumphouse – Bet Now: $2.05
Trumphouse made his Australian racing debut with a very close second place finish at Sale last start and he should take good improvement from that performance.
He showed an outstanding turn-of-foot in that contest and he won’t need to settle as far back in the field as he did last start from barrier two.
This is a very weak field and he has an excellent chance to score a maiden race win.
Donald – Race 6 4:00PM AEST
No. 8 Fiftyonestates – Bet Now: $10.00
Fiftyonestates will be better over further, but I think that her class will take her a long way in what is far from the strongest race.
She has generally raced against tougher company than this and her best form would give her a genuine edge over her rivals in this contest.
Donald – Race 7 4:30PM AEST
No. 8 Cafe Tortoni – Bet Now: $SP.00
I am confident that Cafe Tortoni is a better horse than his last start effort at Moe suggests and he finds himself in a very winnable contest this afternoon.
The step-up to 1350 metres looks ideal for him and I don’t think that the wide barrier draw will be an issue as he gets back in the run regardless.

No. 7 I’ll Be Gone – Bet Now: $14.00
I’ll Be Gone failed to fire at Swan Hill last start, but his form before that was excellent and I like the fact that he is on the quick back-up.
He doesn’t win out of turn, but he makes his own luck right on the speed and he will give himself every possible chance to return to his best form.
The $18 currently available is well and truly over the odds.
