Ice Ice Baby is the horse to beat in the Ladbrokes 55 Second Challenge.

He showed plenty of promise during his maiden racing campaign and he has won at The Valley in the past.

Jamie Kah in the saddle is a huge advantage and he will make his own luck right on the speed.

Moonee Valley – Race 5 8:30PM AEST

No. 7 La Bella Costa – Bet Now: $2.60

La Bella Costa is racing in excellent form and this looks like an ideal race for her.

Her win at Mornington a couple of starts ago was outstanding and she was only narrowly denied by the talented Ididitforlove at Flemington last start.

This race is no tougher and it is no surprise that she has been well-backed early.

Moonee Valley – Race 6 9:00PM AEST

No. 2 Coin Collector – Bet Now: $2.90

There is no fitter horse in this field than Coin Collector and he has an excellent chance to return to winning form.

He showed plenty of toughness to finish second behind Starcaster last start and there is no horse of that quality in this field.

Campbell Rawiller will be able to ride him aggressively in the early stages of the race and can turn this into a genuine staying contest.

Moonee Valley – Race 7 9:30PM AEST

No. 3 Fanciful Toff – Bet Now: $9.00

It has been a long time between wins for Fanciful Toff, but this might be the right contest for him.

He has generally raced in stronger company than this and his best form would make him the horse to beat.

He should take good improvement from his first-up effort and $9.50 appeals in such an open race.
