BEST BET: No. 4 Without Risk – Bet Now: $2.30

The scratching of Cubix has left Without Risk as clearly the horse to beat in this contest. Without Risk finished a good second behind Cubix last start and she should be able to improve on that performance. She is a consistent mare that is yet to produce a poor effort and she does look to have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.

Grafton – Race 6 3:40PM AEST

No. 2 Northern Knight – Bet Now: $7.50

Northern Knight is well and truly over the odds at his current quote of $8. It has been a while between race wins for the Bon Hoffa gelding, but he has generally been racing in tougher contests than this and he maps to get a lovely run in transit with Raymond Spokes in the saddle.

Grafton – Race 7 4:15PM AEST

No. 3 Landmarks – Bet Now: $20.00

Landmarks is a better horse than his recent form suggests and the $16 that is currently available is outstanding value. He has generally been racing in tougher company than this and on his best form he is the equal of any other horse in this field. I expect him to start much shorter than his current odds.

Grafton – Race 8 4:55PM AEST

No. 7 Triple The Fun – Bet Now: $2.60

Triple The Fun is a filly with plenty of upside and she should prove very tough to beat in this contest this afternoon. She proved far too strong for her rivals at Murwillumbah last start and a repeat of that effort would give her a clear edge over this field. The Snitzel filly is deserving of her status as a short-priced favourite.
