Nova Way will need some luck in running from the wide barrier draw, but he is still over the odds at his current quote of $10.

He is a better horse than his recent form suggests and the drop from 2200 metres back to 1600 metres is ideal.

This is chance to return to winning form and he is worth the gamble at the price.

Swan Hill – Race 7 3:30PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 2 Open The Hatch – Bet Now: $3.20

This is a drop in class for Open The Hatch after she failed to fire at Geelong and Donald in her past two starts.

She has generally produced her best form at Swan Hill and her win at this track a couple of starts ago was excellent.

Madison Lloyd will be able to take her straight to the front in the early stages and she will give her rivals something to catch.

Swan Hill – Race 8 4:00PM AEST

No. 10 Good Days – Bet Now: $18.00

Good Days is a much better chance than his current odds of $17 suggests.

She doesn’t have a great first-up record, but she is capable of a high-rating performance on her day and she has won at The Valley in the past.

The Domesday mare makes her own luck right on the speed and she will give her rivals something to catch.

Swan Hill – Race 9 4:30PM AEST

No. 4 Top Fred – Bet Now: $16.00

Top Fred is another galloper that represents big value at his current price.

He failed to fire at Donald last start, but his two wins at Swan Hill before that were excellent.

If he is able to return to a semblance of his best form, he will be right in the mix at a nice price.
