Ocean Essence has a strong record at Launceston and this does look like an ideal race for him.
The Ocean Park gelding finished a credible fifth at Ballarat last start and this is a genuine drop in class.
Barrier seven is ideal for him and he will have every possible chance in the run.

Banstead has gone to another level in 2020 and there is no reason that he can’t continue his winning ways.
He has recorded four wins on the trot and has scored two wins from as many race starts at Launceston.
David Pires in the saddle is always a big positive and he maps to get a dream run in transit from barrier seven.

Special Moment has taken a while to show her true ability, but her recent form has been excellent.
She recorded an impressive win at Cranbourne in November last year and her barrier trial win ahead of her return to the races was outstanding.
The Needs Further mare can make a winning return to the races.
