Pakenham – Race 1 5:30PM AEST

No. 3 Mcilroy – Bet Now: $1.80

Mcilroy showed good promise at Mornington in his second race start and a repeat of that effort would have him right in this mix for this contest.

He has improved each time that he has been seen at the races and he maps to get a lovely run in transit with Michael Dee in the saddle.

It will be interesting to see how far he can get this campaign.

Pakenham – Race 2 6:00PM AEST

No. 6 Westminster Abbe – Bet Now: $4.40

Westminster Abbe is a lightly-raced horse that does look to have some genuine upside.

He was slow out of the gates at Mornington on debut and that probably did cost him a genuine winning chance.

That maiden form does look fairly strong and I don’t think that this race is anywhere near as strong as this contest.

Pakenham – Race 4 7:00PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 5 Unvanquishable – Bet Now: $2.25

Unvanquishable has raced well without winning during his campaign to date and he finds himself in a very winnable contest at Pakenham tonight.

There isn’t a huge amount of speed in this contest and Liam Riordan should be able to settle him right on the speed in the early stages of the race.

This is another fairly weak race and he will give his rivals something to catch.

Pakenham – Race 8 9:00PM AEST

No. 2 Force – Bet Now: $3.00

This is another race that doesn’t look to have a huge amount of speed and Force will be able to take advantage of his claim right on the speed.

He never gave his rivals a chance when he led from start to finish at Werribee last start and there is no doubt that this is his pet trip.

Josh Richards is a good judge of pace and Force could very well prove to be off and gone at the top of the straight.
