BEST BET: No. 5 Monetizing – Bet Now: $3.20
Monetizing has recorded two wins from her four race starts over 1000 metres and this looks like an outstanding race for her.
She does well run well fresh and on her best form she does look to have a clear class edge over the rest of this field.
William Pike in the saddle is an advantage and she maps to get a lovely run in transit from barrier one.
Mornington – Race 6 3:30PM AEST
No. 3 Lake’s Folly – Bet Now: $2.35
Lake’s Folly is becoming a very frustrating horse for punters, but I am willing to give him another chance in this contest.
There is no doubt that he is the best horse in this field and he still found the line strongly at Bendigo last start.
He should have every possible chance in the run from barrier six.
Mornington – Race 7 4:00PM AEST
No. 4 Zorro’s Dream – Bet Now: $3.10
Zorro’s Dream failed to fire at Ballarat last start, but there is no doubt that he is a better horse than that effort suggests.
He showed plenty of ability during his maiden racing campaign and he does look to be the class galloper in this field.
Mornington – Race 8 4:30PM AEST
No. 2 Surreal Image – Bet Now: $3.30
Surreal Image has been racing well without winning this campaign and this looks like an excellent race for him.
Barrier one is ideal for him and Matthew Cartwright will take him straight to the front in the early stages of this contest.
He will give his rivals something to chase.
