No. 12 Ryan’s Girl – Bet Now: $3.70

Ryan’s Girl has placed in four of her seven career race starts and she has not had a better chance at breaking through for her maiden race win than this.

She has form on the soft and heavy going and she should get a nice run in transit.

Seymour – Race 3 1:30PM AEST

BEST BET: No. 4 Clever Cut – Bet Now: $1.95

Clever Cut has managed a second and third from two career race starts.

The three year old gelding ran third on debut at this track and distance before heading out for a spell.

He returned with a narrow defeat first up, again over the 1200m at Seymour and despite a poor barrier, he does look tough to beat in this contest.

Seymour – Race 5 2:30PM AEST

No. 9 Lunasnit – Bet Now: $3.90

Three year old filly Lunasnit returned from a spell with a nice second at Geelong before a below par effort at Ballarat.

Her last start effort at this track was much better when she was beaten only 1.7 lengths over 1400m and she steps up to the mile for the first time here.

She has drawn well in barrier six with Billy Egan steering and she is every chance of winning her second race.

EACH WAY: No. 2 Oscar’s My Mate Pa – Bet Now: $7.00

Eight year old Oscar’s My Mate Pa looks over the odds at $51.00 in the eighth race of the day at Seymour.

His first up record is very good and he has form on the wet track.

He has drawn perfectly in barrier three and Ms Laura Lafferty will use her claim for some weight relief.
