BEST BET: No. 8 Energy Raider – Bet Now: $2.20
Energy Raider has an excellent chance to breakthrough for a maiden race win at Bendigo this afternoon.
She has raced well without winning in her two race starts this campaign and she should now be at peak fitness.
The wide barrier draw gives Luke Nolen plenty of options in the early stages of the race and Energy Raider should have every possible chance in the run.
Bendigo – Race 6 4:00PM AEST
No. 9 Duke Caboom – Bet Now: $6.50
Duke Caboom finished his maiden racing campaign with a smart win and he looks to have plenty of upside.
There is no doubt that he will take plenty of benefit from this run and will probably be better over further, but his class can take him a long way in this contest.
The $7.50 currently available is over the odds in a race that doesn’t have a huge amount of depth.
Bendigo – Race 7 4:30PM AEST
No. 4 Boom Boom Becker – Bet Now: $8.50
Boom Boom Becker is a horse that I am confident has more ability than his current record suggests and I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes to another level this campaign.
He was able to string together two wins at the end of his Spring campaign and he was luckless when he was beaten at Dunkeld.
The Spirit Of Boom gelding still has plenty of upside and the $8 currently available is well and truly over the odds.
Bendigo – Race 8 5:00PM AEST
No. 6 We Know So – Bet Now: $6.00
We Know So was able to score a maiden race win at Kilmore last start and it would not surprise to see her string a few wins together now.
There is very little early speed in this contest and John Allen should be able to take up the running fairly comfortably.
$6 is a nice price in what is a very open race.
