Misterzee returned to the races with a fast-finishing effort at Muswellbrook and he should take plenty of improvement from that performance.
He has won second-up in the past and he goes map to get a nice run in transit with Aaron Bullock in the saddle.
The Zoffany gelding has an excellent chance to return to winning form.
Newcastle – Race 4 4:10PM AEST
No. 7 Tipping Point – Bet Now: $7.50
Tipping Point made his racing debut with a promising performance at Gosford and the form coming out of that race has been pretty good.
The wide barrier draw means that he will need to settle in the second half of the field, but he does have some upside and he will be storming home late.

No. 13 Super One Susie – Bet Now: $3.10
Super One Susie has been racing well without winning and she may never have a better chance to claim a maiden race win.
She has had genuine excuses at her last two race starts and on exposed form she has a clear edge over the rest of this field.
Newcastle – Race 8 5:20PM AEST
No. 5 Ciao Uno – Bet Now: $1.75
Ciao Uno is deserving of her status as a short-priced favourite.
She returned to the races with a dominant win at Port Macquarie and wasn’t beaten far last last start.
This race is no tougher and she maps to get a lovely run in transit with Aaron Bullock in the saddle.
