Creme De La Bomme has finished second in his two race starts to date and she has an excellent chance to claim a maiden race this afternoon.
She clearly has improvement left in her and if she can improve her racing manners she should be able to perform at a level that no other horse in this field can match.
Ararat – Race 5 3:30PM AEST
No. 5 Industrial – Bet Now: $3.30
Industrial has been sent to Victoria after starting his racing career in New South Wales.
He showed genuine ability during his most recent campaign and this is a drop in quality.
Barrier six is ideal and he will get a lovely run in transit with Damian Lane in the saddle.
Ararat – Race 6 4:00PM AEST
No. 4 Substantial – Bet Now: $2.30
Substantial has been racing well without winning this campaign and she has an excellent chance to return to winning form this afternoon.
She has improved each time that she has been seen at the races this campaign and she will get the run of the race with Tatum Bull in the saddle.
Ararat – Race 8 5:00PM AEST
No. 3 Hughes The Boss – Bet Now: $2.80
Hughes The Boss has finished second in all three of his race starts this campaign and I think that he can go one better this afternoon.
He was caught wide throughout last start and that probably cost him victory.
Barrier ten isn’t ideal and he will need some luck, but Will Price in the saddle is a positive.
