Cadre Du Noir has an excellent chance to record a maiden Australian race win this afternoon.

He has raced well in his two race starts in Australia to date and he should now be at peak fitness third-up.

The step-up to 2400 metres looks ideal and he maps to get a lovely run in transit with Ben Melham in the saddle.

Sandown – Race 7 3:55PM AEST

No. 7 Chuck A Luck – Bet Now: $4.20

Chuck A Luck will return to the races in a very winnable contest at Ladbrokes Park Sandown this afternoon.

He won the Neds Mornington Guineas during the Autumn and he went on to run well behind Kinane in the Frank Packer Plate.

There is no doubt that he will take good benefit from this run, but on his best form he does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.

Randwick – Race 3 2:35PM AEST

No. 6 Criaderas – Bet Now: $4.40

Criaderas has recorded two wins from as many race starts and the Lonhro gelding still has plenty of upside to improve.

He showed a simply outstanding turn-of-foot to win at Kembla Grange last star and there is definitely ability there.

The four-year-old will settle in the second half of the field and he will be storming home in the concluding stages.

Randwick – Race 5 3:45PM AEST

No. 2 Big Parade – Bet Now: $2.45

Big Parade is deserving of his status as a firm favourite for this race this afternoon.

There is no doubt that he went to another level during his Summer campaign and his two barrier trials ahead of his return to the races have been excellent.

Barrier two is ideal and he will have every possible chance with Tom Sherry in the saddle.
