VOILA was very good first up when she went a little keen but fought bravely to run a close second to Tough Larry. From gate one Kerrin will have the opportunity to take a sit on the back of a bunny and then pounce on straightening but on the other hand if the lead is there she can bounce and lead.

RACE 4                        NO.4                HIGH BRIDGE

HIGH BRIDGE is an eight-year0old and was known as a jumper in Europe but you wouldn’t have known it when he stepped out for his first Aussie start at Canterbury three weeks ago. He covered ground yet was far too strong and won in impressive fashion. I think the key is for Kerrin to get him rolling and if he does that he should be very hard to hold out. Cormac the stablemate looks the only real threat.
