Raging Force bounces back in style with dominant Kensington win

After injury halted his spring debut, Raging Force is quickly making up for lost time with a dominant return to form.

The colt made it two from two this campaign, surging to a four-length win in Wednesday’s The Autumn Sun @ Arrowfield Handicap (1100m) at Randwick’s Kensington track.

His only prior start came in the Breeders’ Plate (1000m), where he was heavily backed before pulling up with an issue.

“He had an injury that happened in the race… but he has come back a brand new model of himself,” trainer Peter Snowden said. “He is one to watch out for, for sure.”

A son of Cosmic Force, who Snowden trained to Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes (1200m) success, Raging Force has impressed early.

“I’ll probably run him in a Saturday race and then give him a freshen up,” Snowden added. “He’s a talented horse with good upside.”

Tommy Berry rated the $2 favourite perfectly up front, with Bryant ($8.50) and Just Legendary ($4.60) trailing in his wake.
