Picken (Race 6, No. 6)

First starter from the John Size stable who has trialled like a very smart horse leading into this class 4. Picken should be well educated after seven trials and he should get a perfect run throughout the race from barrier four.

Cruising (Race 8, No. 1)

Former Australian galloper who stuck on very well last start, over this track/distance. Cruising will be fitter today, he has drawn well and I don’t think the rise in weight will concern this animal

Value Bet

Zilong (Race 9, No. 8)

Didn’t have much luck last start, but I liked the way this animal found the line. He has found a winnable race today and his recent trial suggests that he has trained on from his last run. Zilong is currently $13 and I think that is a good each way price.
