The Australian Cup winner Tommy Shelby returns in the first heat of the Ladbrokes Golden Easter Egg.
He has consistently run good times over these distances for quite some time now and and there isn’t a greyhound who matches his sustained speed in the country.
The outside draw is a plus and he will again be tough to knock off his perch.
Wentworth Park – Race 3 6:10PM AEST
BEST BET: No. 2 Ebby Jet Power – Bet Now: $4.60
Ebby Jet Power has won two of his last four starts and has the fastest time of any dog in this race at the track and distance.
He has also won five of nine when jumping from box two.
Represents a bit of value here.
Wentworth Park – Race 6 7:08PM AEST
No. 5 Zipping Kyrgios – Bet Now: $4.20
Zipping Kyrgios has been racing extremely well having won four of his last five starts.
He has run sub 30 seconds in five of his last six at this track and distance including a scintillating 29.37 back in January when winning by over 11 lengths.
His biggest danger will come from box eight but he represents some value should he get luck in running.
