RACE 1 NO.1 KUIPER BELT
KUIPER BELT was outstanding last start at Hawkesbury when careering away for a six length win. He seems to relish the nice strong tempo and sting out of the track plus with five runs under his belt he is rock hard fit. Robbie Dolan takes over from Tye Angland meaning to offset an apprentice taking over he will carry a kilo less than last start. I think he can get us punters off to a nice start.
RACE 3 NO.1 ELEAZAR
Prior to go going out for a spell ELEAZAR was first up and ran a credible second to Nines Enough at Wyong over the flying 1000m. He obviously had a little issue as he has had three months off since that effort. I liked his recent barrier trial at Rosehill and through a lack of depth here he looks the one to beat. If he warrants being in a city stable he should take some beating here.
RACE 8 NO.3 BARNABAS
BARNABAS has turned the corner this preparation with three solid runs that have included a win and a solid third last start behind subsequent Saturday winner Asterius. From the nice barrier he should stalk the speed and I think the step up to the mile looks ideal.
