WIN Race 1 Number 3 MISS DUBOIS $2 would be overs.
Race 1
Looks a 2 horse race between the 3 MISS DUBOIS and 5 GREAT GLENN. I think 3 MISS DUBOIS has been finding the line better than her rivals, and she looks the one here. I’ll be happy to take black odds about her.

Race 2
4 RULER has been off the seen a while, but his only run in QLD was a cracker, getting home hard against the above average Femme Fireball. He has had a quiet trial in preparation for this, draws well and looks hardest to beat. 6 WEAPONISED is a former Victorian galloper, who has also trialed well for this. He finished in his only start, but went around favorite, so he obviously has ability.

Race 3
While she has come up favorite and certainly a winning chance, I cant entertain 2 GRAZIE MIA BELLA at the price from the wide draw. She has had her chance to win in easier races, and hasn’t quiet got it done so taking odds on here is not for me. Im happy to have a couple of small win bets here on 3 OUR MOMENTO and 6 DAFFENAH. 3 OUR MOMENTO stepped up to 1350m last start which didn’t suit, back to 1200m and blinkers first time here. 6 DAFFENAHH will improve off its first up run, had trialed well into that and will be in the finish here.

Race 4
4 O’RIELLY CYRUS was a strong winner second up at the Sunshine Coast, and looks perfectly placed to win again here. He is no flash odds, but should get the job done. 7 BOASTING back from Saturday grade, is the next best.

Race 5
2yo old maiden, with the first starter for T Gollan, 9 LIGHT UP THE ROOM a commanding favorite off 3 good trial wins. Not really a betting strategy that I like to employ diving into a first starter at the short odds, so happy to play value here. 5 INJUSTICE was good first up behind Granny Red Shoes, then was trapped 3 and 4 wide before being eased out of the race at Group 2 level last time. He has come up at big odds here, and is definitely worth an Each Way ticket here.

Race 6
Tough race, but have settled on 5 DOSS, who has trialed very nicely in preparation for this. He has had the benefit of race experience, albeit a distant 4th to Ef Troop last campaign, before being put away. Tegan should be able to use the good gate to her advantage and looks hard to beat.

Race 7
Not an easy to dissect, and looks to be a bit of pressure up front. 3 TAN TAT DIAMOND looks a nice each way play here at the odds. He drops back from Saturday grade, where he was scintillating late in his first up win, then wasn’t far away second up. He can settle back off a good tempo here and be storming home late.

Race 8
4 MAKE HER OWN WHEY has found the right race to get back into the winners circle, and she looks the horse to beat here. She has been competitive in much deeper races than this, and from the good gate with Jimmy Orman on, she’s the one. 7 TOTALLY CHARMED and 11 THE SOCIALIST should be around the money also.

Race 9
Looks a genuine 2 horse race here with 3 CADOGAN & 11 CONSTANT FLIGHT. I’m expecting 11 CONSTANT FLIGHT to be on speed, with 3 CADOGAN getting back a touch., with the advantage to 11 CONSTANT FLIGHT in the run. I did like the way 3 CADOGAN found the line though, and happy to be on him here.
