RACE 1

Chris Waller has three runners engaged following his decision to run Dahooil in the third and the two best backed are both his.

1 Tivoli Street is the best backed from the stablemate 4 Eight Over

RACE 2

Biggest go of the day with whispers doing the rounds that No.4 Addictive Nature could be very special. He is on debut this son of Savabeel and turns up here off two very impressive barrier trials.

4 Addictive Nature      $6 best- now $3

RACE 3

Not much happening with early betting with both favourites 1 LONG TIME AGO and 10 DAHOOIL steady

RACE 4

Joe Pride’s 3yo filly La Chica Bella continues to jump up in trip and finds her at the mile. She should control things from the front. No big bets of note but she is the best supported.

11 LA CHICA BELLA

RACE 5

Another race without much action but of the bets placed across the board the Victorian visitor 1 Kabrocco has been met with the majority of money. He is trained by Daniel McCarthy at Wangaratta and fresh from a riding stint in the US Blake Shinn takes the ride.

1 KABROCCO

RACE 6

Nothing of note but best backed early is the Godolphin prepared 3yo gelding 8 Polemic who was beaten out of a place last start at Newcastle when $1.55. This will be his first start for the stable since James Cummings has taken the reins.

A couple of wagering operators have reported a few small bets for the Robert and Luke Price prepared 12 Celestial Choice.

8 POLEMIC

RACE 7

Real good go to finish the day with punters latching onto the Joe Pride trained 6 Bon Equus who sports the colours made famous by the champion Might And Power of white, grey sash, pink stripped sleeves with a grey cap. He has raced twice this campaign the latest last Wednesday when charging home over 1250m so tomorrows 1600m is expected to be ideal and the blinkers go back on.
