Race 1

Looks a nice race for the speedy 1 NATIONAL TRAIL to resume a winner. He looks the leader, and will get every hope.  4 FREQUENDLY has paper form that doesn’t look great, but he is going better than form suggests, and can challenge here.

Race 2

3 JOHNNY WHITESOX was excellent last preparation, and looking back his form behind horses like SNITZ, LETS PATY MARTY & DARKTOWN STRUTTER looks super for a race like this. He will likely settle mid field here, and with a touch of luck around the bend, can steam home over the top late.  4 DON’T LEAVE ME OUT can race handy to the speed here, and looks hardest to beat.

Race 3

1 DREAMS APLENTY has found the right race to return to the winners list, after being a beaten favorite in all his runs last prep. He should lead and roll along in front, and of the chasers only 3 TIME TO TORQUE looks to have the ability to run him down.

Race 4

9 DIDN’T METION IT is having her first start in QLD, up from NSW in the Van Dyke stable, and she looks well placed to break her maiden. She has trialed up well for this, and looks hard to beat. 3 THE DANGER is exactly that, and only needs to begin with them today to settle closer to the front and can run a big race.  He was slow away, copped a mid race check then found himself the widest runner when 4^th last time out, step up in trip suits here.

Race 5

8 LADY BING should have finished a lot closer last start, when held up in the straight after FRADD should have zigged when he decided to zagged. She meats an average bunch of maidens here and should be beating these.

Race 6

6 MR ATTITUDE has found the right race to bounce back into the winners circle.  While he is only 1 win from 11 attempts, he is racing well this preparation and is a good chance. The Chris Waller trained 5 KORODON has been there about in NSW, and finds a winnable race here.  7 SHE GOES POP is back from 2200m to this, would be a good training effort to get her into the winners stall, but she has the ability to win.

Race 7

Good competitive race this, I thought 2 ABSOLUTLYPOSITIVLY was an excellent chance at an EW price. She was good in winning her first 2 runs this preparation, before competing in the G3 VO ROGUE Plate behind PIERATA. While she finished just under 10L in that race, she wasn’t disgraced, and that’s just about enough to see her winning here.

Race 8

5 KYLIES FAME looks ready to return to her best second up here. She was a Saturday Doomben winner last preparation, and 2 starts back finished just behind subsequent city winner SAILOR GERRI. The 1350m suits second up and she can off set the wide gate pushing forward outside the leader and be too strong.

Race 9

I’ve got a DISCLAIMER here as I own a share in 1 DREAMSCOPE. Her has a tricky gate, but will push forward and hopefully land in the first 4. If he can get into a decent spot, on his work he is the horse to beat. 10 VANELL will improve second up at 1350m, expect him to race on speed and be hard to beat.  7 HETUKA ZARSHO will improve from the good draw here, and is a hope also. I think the winner comes from those 3.
